This is our favorite local event and we look forward to it every year. We didn't love the ticket system when first enrolled, but honestly, it was nice not having to wait in long traffic and being able to go to the lights without stressing

It was a pleasant experience for us. Probleml was people in other cars were riding our back end pushing us to go faster! That was annoying and put a damper on the activity.

I feel like it was SO much better this year than it has been. We didn't have to wait in line forever, traffic getting there wasn't tricky, and we were able to get right in when we went at our time slot.

We went mid week and early in the season and it wasn't too crowded so that made it really nice.

I have loved coming every year, was bummed that some of the lights weren't there that were in pervious years. It was strange to have to buy tickets online but the experience was a little better, not as crowded driving through

This was my first time at the festival of lights; I am from Nevada and I was visiting my Mother In Law and she wanted to go. I absolutely loved it! Signage to the starting point could have been a bit better, but the overall experience was fantastic. We will definitely go again!

We love going to the Festival of Lights, as a long time resident of Spanish Fork and Springville (we lived in the Spanish Oaks so we got to see the set up--and deal with traffic! haha, for years) We took new friends this year.

We took two elderly women to enjoy the lights without getting out of the car. They absolutely loved it and loved there was an activity that accommodated them and their needs. Thank you!!!

Our car applauded the booth attendant who had to explain no ticket, no entry, to the car in front of us. Despite the many repeated warnings along the way to the booth, they continued on. And then gave her a hard time. Not OK on their part, but she handled them like a champ!

Line moved quickly, instructions were easy to follow and the signs were very helpful. We loved the old fashioned lights and music. Much better than more expensive, modern displays.

Our senior living facility attends this event annually, and our residents always love it. There is a strong feeling of nostalgia as they travel through the beautiful scenery. My only complaint this year is that there was not a discounted option for senior living shuttles, as there has been in the past. Our trips were still enjoyable. Thank you!

First time attending, despite living within an hour for 20 years. There did not seems to be any rhyme or reason to what and where the lights were placed, but it was a neat experience. I was actually expecting a drive through a neighborhood looking at houses, but our kids had a great time.

Everything was great except for buying the tickets online. I also missed that the real shack at the back of the lights that had Santa an elves in it with the light one is no longer there. That was a favorite every year.

The reservation system in place is great! It goes so smoothy and really cuts down on the wait times. While much of it remains the same over the years, the few new additions are welcome and appreciated. This event is a holiday tradition for my family.

We waited in line for around 15ish minutes I think? It was a little tricky to find the starting point, but not too bad. We had a great time driving through the lights.

We wished it had snow, but that's not anything you have control over. I missed the big tree with purple lights on; I saw lights still strung on it, but it wasn't lit up.

We love going to see the lights. It would be cool if there were more, but it is pretty great as is! Also, the price is great and makes it possible for our family to see them unlike other expensive light shows.

It was great! Not having people stop to pay was excellent and feel much more efficient. The lights, as always, were magical. This is one our favorite holiday traditions and one of our favorite parts about living in Spanish Fork.

Everything was so smooth. I love being able to buy the tickets in advance and all the signs to help me get to the end of the line. The check in process was smooth and the lights were incredible as always! Thank you for doing this! Our family loves it!

I didn’t go last year because I always have the same lights and it’s nothing new. This year it does look like they added some new lights and rearranged things. I also like their new online time check-in. It helps it not be so crazy busy

I have 2 young children with autism. Most Christmas activities are too overstimulating for my children. The Spanish Fork Christmas lights have been out favorite holiday tradition for 3 years. It's perfect.

We pre-bought our tickets but still waited in line for almost an hour. Next year we'll simply get in line and purchase with the QR code in the car. We only go once per year as a family but have gone for years. There were some noticeable changes (new stuff, rearrange things and sped up exhibits so the timing is better/smoother)
